Privacy and Permission Policy

We’re dedicated to protecting your privacy and the privacy of anyone on the receiving end of a Paramore|Redd-delivered email. To that end, we have instituted certain policies to help us make sure Paramore|Redd remains a safe, trusted environment for email marketing and correspondence.

This document outlines those policies and our efforts to enforce them.

A simple, straightforward policy on permission

Paramore|Redd uses a permission-based email-marketing platform called emma®. Emma is designed to let us send emails to people who want to receive those emails. Emma’s permission policy is part of the Terms of Use agreed to by every emma customer, and it appears as a reminder on emma’s import process every time new lists are added. It goes beyond the stipulations set forth in the United States’ Can-Spam legislation and is as follows:

To send an email to someone, that recipient must be:

Someone with whom we have a business relationship (they are your paying customer, a member of our organization, etc.),

Someone who has specifically asked to receive our emails by opting in or signing up in some way,

Someone who has given us his or her email address, knowing we’ll use it, or

Someone who has bought a product or service from us in the past 18 months

Keeping your personal information personal

Under no circumstances will we share your (or any other member’s) personal information with any third party, except in the circumstance where the requesting organization is a high-powered government agency with the authority and requisite threats of long-term jail sentences to make us share that personal information. Otherwise, no one gets access to your information, ever.

Protecting your customer lists and data

We do everything we can to make sure your customer lists, email content and response data remains private and confidential. We will never share, sell or rent your customer data to anyone for any reason.
